Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of maidscareteamae.com and the services provided by MAIDS CARE TEAM HOUSEKEEPING CONSULTING - L.L.C - S.P.C (“Maids Care Team”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company (sole proprietorship) licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development under Licence No. CN-6766542, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide housekeeping consulting services in Abu Dhabi, in line with our licensed activity: Housekeeping Consulting (7490023). Our services are advisory: we assess households, recommend routines and standards, and prepare guidance and training plans. We do not supply cleaning labour or domestic workers, and we do not act as an employer or recruitment agency.

2. Consultations

  • Consultations are confirmed once we send you a written confirmation by email or message.
  • Our recommendations are based on the information you share with us, so please make sure it is accurate and complete.
  • You remain responsible for decisions about your household, including any hiring and the employment terms of household staff, which must follow UAE law.
  • Written plans, checklists and materials we prepare are for your household’s own use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed in writing before services start. Payments are due as stated in your quote or invoice, and prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations may be charged as stated in your booking confirmation.

5. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our advice is provided in good faith; results depend on how recommendations are applied in your household.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Maids Care Team and may not be copied without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
